As a valued member of our front desk team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Typical responsibilities include: Handling incoming calls and appointment bookings Processing payments and Medicare claims Keeping the front desk area clean, tidy, and professional Supporting the admin team with data entry and general administrative tasks Who We’re Looking For If you enjoy working in a people-focused role and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.
